Advent Message Series
Waiting for More
Advent is a season of waiting. Not passive waiting, but an active, hopeful, prayerful posture of the heart. The Advent wreath, with its circle of evergreen and candlelight, becomes a powerful symbol of this season: God’s eternal love, fully revealed in the coming of Christ, breaking into our darkness.
Each week, the light grows. It’s not just decoration… it’s declaration. It declares that darkness doesn’t win – that hope, peace, joy, and love are not distant ideals but living realities found in Christ. One by one, the candles invite us to open our hearts wider, to see more clearly, and to prepare more deeply for the One who brings us more.
