Operations/Facility Management Intern

General Responsibilities
- Create summer schedule for clean out and organization of operations areas
- Produce annual maintenance tracker in coordination with Facility Manager
- Create Operations Manual in coordination with Director of Operations
- Create Nativity branded Operations Guidebook for weekend and event operations
- Create Café “playbook” to include all contacts, vendor information and schedule
- Assist with Ministry Compliance Coordinator as requested
- Align with Nativity’s values of excellence through an irresistible environment
Must Haves
- High school graduate and/or College level student
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) as well as other digital platforms
- Ability to think independently
- Ability to work well with team members and take constructive criticism
- A passionate work ethic and desire to learn
